PropOne is Emana Yachting’s coating of choice for reliability and performance. Emana Yachting applied PropOne to a 76-metre (250ft) superyacht that needed to keep its propellers and running gear clean and free of marine growth so it could always meet the demands of a busy charter schedule.

I trust PropOne. It’s reliable, proven and works. Simple as that.

Derek JamesOwner, Emana Yachting

Operating for more than 20 years in Antibes on the French Riviera, Emana Yachting is a protective coatings specialist that provides high-quality paint polishing, and protective coating solutions and refitting services for yachts.

One of Emana Yachting’s projects is to apply yearly coatings to a 76-metre (250ft) superyacht, which was built in 2008 by Dutch shipbuilder Oceanco.

The yacht, which can accommodate 10 to 12 guests and about 20 crew, needs to keep its propellers and running gear clean and free of marine growth so it can meet the demands of a busy charter schedule. PropOne – a non-toxic foul release coating – is Emana Yachting’s coating of choice for reliability and performance.

Derek James, who has owned Emana Yachting for the 15 years, trusts PropOne and has applied it to hundreds of yachts, big and small.

He and his team apply PropOne safe in the knowledge that vessels they service will have the best possible protection against fouling on their travels around the Mediterranean and Caribbean. With yachts having an exclusive clientele, no shortcuts can be taken in ensuring that vessels operate safely and efficiently.

PropOne is distributed in the French Riviera by Project1, which specialises in the distribution of products for pleasure boats.

Derek believes PropOne lasts longer and is easier to apply than other coating brands. For the yachts, it helps increase speed and lowers fuel consumption, compared with a craft that has fouled surfaces.

Importantly, he also knows that PropOne will not damage the environment.
